Mariner's Bank is pleased to announce our sponsorship of MarbleJam Kids, Inc and 2010 Joey Travolta Film Camp, a hands-on filmmaking camp taught by Joey Travolta, special educator and director, along side his crew of Hollywood film professionals. He has dedicated himself to providing inclusion opportunities to children and young adults with Autism and special needs with his film camp on college campuses all over the country. This is designed to meet the needs of all students, both with and without disabilities.
MarbleJam Kids, a 501c3 charity, has already reduced the tuition of the camp by almost 1/2 to $1,000 per camper through fundraising efforts. Mariner's Bank is a proud participant in their "Send a Kid to Camp Campaign" and sponsored four campers to attend this summers Film Camp.

02/09/2010 - “Opening Lending Channels to Small Businesses”
Edgewater - Borrowing opportunities for small businesses were discussed at a luncheon meeting of the Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Feb 9th, 2010. The networking luncheon was sponsored by Mariner's Bank of this borough, Cliffside Park, and Englewood.
Eric Kalender, Vice President, Retail Banking at the Bank spoke and provided a PowerPoint presentation during the luncheon at Le Jardin Restaurant. More than 50 people attended.
"The information we received was extremely informative and we are thankful to Mariner's for hosting this luncheon", said Brigitte Neumann, president of the chamber.
